Leads HR strategy for Entegris’s global Materials Solutions division. Partners with executives on organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership effectiveness, engagement, change management, and acquisition integration. Advises leaders on people-related risks, develops talent plans, uses workforce data to guide hiring and priorities, and leads a distributed HR team supporting multiple regions and sites.

Develops surface-modified polymeric membrane technologies for semiconductor liquid filtration and purification. Responsibilities include designing laboratory experiments, conducting membrane characterization, interpreting analytical data, optimizing roll-to-roll processes, supporting scale-up and commercialization, establishing test methods, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with product development, manufacturing, quality, EHS, and customer teams.

Lead manufacturing quality engineering for specialty chemical processes used in semiconductor production. Drive process control, root-cause analysis, CAPA, nonconformance resolution, SPC, statistical analysis, audits, qualification, validation, and change management. Monitor yield, scrap, DPPM, CCPK, Cpk, and other quality metrics while partnering with production, engineering, supply chain, operations, and global quality teams to improve process stability, compliance, and operational performance.

Own customer enablement for North America OEM accounts, supporting mature product lines and recurring revenue. Manage customer priorities, forecasts, consignment inventory, allocations, escalated issues, account receivables, quality notifications, and product changes. Coordinate cross-functional and global teams to improve shipments, resolve complex problems, maintain customer satisfaction, and support operational efficiency. Participate in business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads manufacturing and production engineering activities, including daily production planning, material consumption control, shipment coordination, SOP compliance, employee training, facility and environmental safety, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Collaborates cross-functionally with materials, facilities, quality, and production teams to improve efficiency and customer fulfillment.

Controls engineering documentation and change orders through release and implementation. Creates and tracks ECOs, updates BOMs, material masters, documents, and engineering records in PLM, EPDM, SAP, and MRP systems. Coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure complete and timely engineering changes. Edits drawings and manufacturing documents based on engineer markups and maintains accurate, traceable records.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency and quality, designing workflows and equipment layouts, validating process capabilities, leading FMEA activities, analyzing manufacturing data, and coordinating improvement projects. The role applies Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, supports high-volume production, prepares reports, manages process risks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver cost, quality, and on-time shipment improvements.

Develops and optimizes production schedules aligned with demand, inventory, capacity, and customer delivery goals. Reviews MRP signals, manages work orders, resolves material and capacity constraints, maintains planning master data, and leads capacity meetings. Partners with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to support engineering changes, production readiness, variance analysis, and process improvements. Requires advanced SAP planning experience, strong analytical and cross-functional influencing skills, and substantial manufacturing planning experience.

Supports financial decision-making for manufacturing plants through cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, standard costing, variance analysis, month-end close, inventory valuation, and productivity project review. Partners with plant and operational leadership, explains financial results, ensures GAAP-compliant reporting, and provides financial guidance to non-finance employees. Requires travel to other company sites and strong SAP, Excel, and financial modeling skills.

Develops and executes mechanical testing for wafer and reticle handling products. Responsibilities include characterizing product performance, managing test projects, creating test methods, designing and maintaining laboratory equipment and fixtures, analyzing data, preparing reports, and presenting findings. The role requires hands-on laboratory testing, mechanical aptitude, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, scientific, product, sales, and management teams in a semiconductor technology environment.
