Analyze customer use cases, run workshops, optimize business processes, configure systems and integrations, mitigate technical risks, ensure QMS and quality compliance, mentor junior architects, manage customer expectations, and contribute to product and process improvements.

Lead and grow Digital Flexo solutions sales in Indonesia and Thailand through direct account management and channel/distributor leadership. Own territory P&L, deliver revenue and profitability targets, manage complex capital-equipment sales cycles (CDI, XPS, software, services), build partner capability, engage industry stakeholders, and collaborate with regional/global teams to align forecasting, CRM usage, and territory planning.

Validate software quality through functional, API, integration, automation, and release testing. Build and maintain UI and API automation, execute smoke/sanity/regression and release validation, integrate tests into CI/CD, support Docker-based environments, and collaborate across dev, product, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure reliable microservices-based SaaS releases.

Serve as primary OneStream administrator and reporting expert, owning finance master data, dashboards, and executive reporting. Partner with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, drive process automation and SOX-compliant controls, and support close cycles, audits, and system enhancements.
