Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards, data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and automated supply chain reporting. Integrates SAP and external data, validates data quality, standardizes KPIs, and analyzes inventory, logistics, procurement, vendor, and demand trends. Partners with supply chain stakeholders to define data requirements, resolve discrepancies, eliminate manual reporting, and support data-driven decisions through dashboard enablement and insights.

Leads cross-functional shared-services projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing business cases, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. The role also supports PMO capability development, process improvement, system implementations, documentation, training, and performance reporting across Finance, HR, IT, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinates R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Commercial, and Finance workstreams; develops project plans, monitors progress, supports gate reviews, maintains documentation, and improves PMO tools and processes. The role requires medical device experience and may involve up to 25% travel across the United States and Europe.
