Lead end-to-end delivery of global IT and digital projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment, resource and financial management, continuous improvement, and governance to deliver measurable business value.

Provide general HR support across program administration, hiring/onboarding/terminations, employee records, employee and labour relations, rewards coordination, relocation and immigration services, and HR training under close supervision.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CSIO and global S&I leadership: manage complex calendars and travel, plan and support meetings and events, prepare executive materials, handle confidential information, coordinate invoices/purchase orders, maintain records and systems, liaise with stakeholders, and improve administrative processes.

Perform accounting and reporting tasks including period-end close, reconciliations, audit support, and tax reporting. Ensure compliance with IFRS/local standards, support Senior Country Accountant, drive process improvements, resolve stakeholder queries, and assist GL associates.

Provide technical support for project engineering tasks including design, project controls, specifications, scheduling, production, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, and invoice/progress verification.

Lead a global Total Rewards People Experience team to translate Total Rewards strategy into scalable, compliant services. Drive continuous improvement across compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and mobility; simplify and automate processes with HR Technology partners; own service KPIs, governance, stakeholder engagement, and lifecycle experiences like annual compensation and employee movement.

Lead cross-functional projects focusing on service management and process improvements. Responsibilities include managing full project lifecycle, collaborating with various business units, and ensuring project goals align with PMO objectives.

Drive sales process and tool adoption to improve sales force effectiveness: select/manage/train on CRM/ETMS systems, analyze sales performance, support reporting and territory/account planning, develop quotas and commission budgets, and manage related projects while coaching junior staff.
