Handle daily deposit operations tasks including holds, stop payments, wires, returned mail, garnishments, reconciliations, and image retrieval. Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, assist with back-up coverage, recommend procedural improvements, and comply with banking regulations including BSA/USA PATRIOT Act.
