Manage a team handling short sale and deed-in-lieu transactions: analyze submissions for investor approval and compliance, negotiate offers to reduce loss severity, submit files for approval, decline unacceptable offers, track monthly metrics, manage foreclosure sale postponements, attend mediations/settlements, and perform related reporting and oversight. Up to 30% travel.

Develop and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Source and approve new brokers, train and advise on company programs and systems, act as liaison across underwriting/processing/closing to ensure timely loan closings and purchases, manage pipeline and CRM, ensure regulatory and company compliance, and provide high-level customer service.

Manage and process foreclosures across licensed states: log cases, prepare notices, record sales, clear title defects, monitor third-party sites, handle inquiries, review bankruptcies, and support foreclosure-related projects.

Compile and summarize default fees and costs per CIT requests using Tempo and Fiserv; prepare and send reinstatement letters/quotes; handle rush requests; ensure compliance with investor/insurer/state guidelines; communicate with law firms; research documentation to support invoicing; maintain organized workflow in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Log and open foreclosures, prepare and record notices of default/sale, send documents to parties, clear title defects, monitor third-party data, prepare bidding and sales documentation, process third-party sales, handle borrower and client calls, and review bankruptcies for validity.

Administer and support corporate benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, FSA, COBRA), manage enrollments, leave administration, vendor/TPA coordination, compliance with federal/state benefit laws, billing reconciliation, open enrollment support, benefits communications, recordkeeping, and audits.

Handle inbound and outbound borrower calls to assess intent to retain property, explain loss mitigation options (modifications, forbearance, repayment plans), review hardship documentation, determine eligibility, communicate approvals/denials, escalate to liquidation or intake teams as needed, and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.

Monitor vendors and CMS during the pre-foreclosure/breach process, process and validate foreclosure referrals, prepare files and bulk dispositions, manage custodians and templates, maintain system records and vendor tracking, ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor requirements, document actions and communications, escalate and resolve exceptions, and collaborate with servicing support groups to meet SLAs.

Process reconveyances and lien satisfactions, audit vesting and collateral documents, coordinate with outside vendors, prepare and file releases, reconcile payoffs, resolve exceptions, and support customer inquiries per company and legal requirements.
