Lead and develop the advisory team, establish planning standards and scalable processes, ensure consistent high-quality planning delivery, optimize workflows and integrations, track performance metrics, maintain select high-impact client relationships, and serve on firm leadership to shape strategy and culture.

Develop and present comprehensive financial plans; perform retirement, tax, risk-management, and estate analyses; deepen client relationships; collaborate with senior planners and advisors; and continue building planning expertise.

Work directly with individual investors and families to design and implement personalized investment portfolios, communicate strategy, research investments, monitor and audit portfolios, coordinate implementation, and contribute to the investment committee.
