Coordinate and deliver non-technical project sub-components (furniture installs, office refurbishments). Manage vendor selection, prepare RFPs/contracts, produce cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans. Monitor progress, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, maintain client and vendor relationships, resolve issues, and perform project administration tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Lead BI and database strategy: design enterprise Power BI dashboards and scalable data models, manage Snowflake/SQL/cloud platforms and ETL/ELT, ensure data quality, governance and compliance, implement self-service BI, support predictive analytics, document data definitions, and deliver training.
