Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-site renovation, installation, and infrastructure programs. Manage hundreds of interrelated projects, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risk registers, procurement, reporting and closeouts. Provide executive-level reporting and client-facing leadership, coordinate vendors and GCs, ensure compliance with processes and legislative requirements, and drive continuous improvement and safety-minded execution.

Lead program and project delivery, manage client relationships and project teams, oversee budgets, risks, and KPIs, ensure compliance and quality, drive profitability, and provide people leadership including hiring, performance management and development.

Process accurate and timely payroll for union and non-union employees, including timesheets, deductions, remittances and year-end T4s. Audit payroll records, coordinate with People & Culture on payroll changes, produce management reports, answer employee payroll inquiries, and assist with payroll system/process improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects: define scope, plans, budgets, risks; manage teams, vendors and clients; ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant completion; produce schedules, Class D estimates and business cases.

Lead and execute strategic sourcing activities including RFx and competitive bids, supplier selection and contract negotiation, supplier performance measurement, vendor qualification, and developing category strategies and procurement templates. Collaborate with stakeholders, perform advanced financial analysis and modeling, and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Administer payroll and company benefits, support payroll processing and audits, manage benefits administration and employee queries, and handle P&C onboarding/vetting tasks including DBS/BS7858 checks and recordkeeping.

Lead development and management of a national Tenant Relationship and Communications program. Create bilingual communications strategies, plans, templates and media/public relations guidance; mentor communication specialists; integrate with facility and project teams; and support communications technology (SharePoint, reporting) to improve tenant and occupant experience.

Process timely and accurate payroll for union and non-union employees, review collective agreements and policies, calculate deductions/remittances, audit payroll records, resolve payroll issues, and support process/system improvements.
