Provides strategic human capital planning and civilian personnel management support for the Air Force’s nuclear and CWMD workforce. Responsibilities include recruitment, personnel actions, position classification, position description development, career progression frameworks, workforce analytics, strategic reporting, and executive briefings. Provides expert engineering leadership for SOF cloud modernization, DevSecOps, enterprise software integration, and multi-cloud architecture. Evaluates cloud platforms, Kubernetes deployments, RMF compliance, DoDAF artifacts, CIS controls, and DoD testing processes. Leads Agile SAFe activities, technical reviews, technology evaluations, system engineering efforts, and modernization planning while coordinating with government, engineering, budget, and mission stakeholders. The role is full-time and on-site at MacDill AFB, Florida, with 10% travel.
