Build and scale backend job processing and code execution systems, improve throughput and multitenant fairness, write well-tested production code, own features to production, and collaborate across the stack to optimize reliability and performance.

Run monthly and quarterly commission cycles in CaptivateIQ, maintain ICM plan setup and data feeds with Salesforce, handle payee queries and disputes, reconcile quotas and crediting, produce commission statements and reports, QA calculations, document processes, and support finance close and accruals.
