The Brand Manager will drive sales and brand image through strategies based on market research, manage marketing budgets, and comply with regulations. Responsibilities include developing promotional strategies, engaging with stakeholders, analyzing data, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring sales and profitability targets are met.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, map markets, and deliver talent intelligence. Manage stakeholder updates, recruitment dashboards, ATS data accuracy, compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and hiring SLAs. Support cross-functional and global talent acquisition initiatives, including DEI, technology enablement, and process optimization.

Manage end-to-end global mobility programs, supporting expatriates and relocating employees through immigration, payroll, benefits, tax, relocation, documentation, onboarding, and repatriation. Partner with HR, Talent, Rewards, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliant assignments, mitigate risks, track visas and costs, maintain audit-ready records, and improve employee mobility experiences across jurisdictions.

Manage and grow pharmaceutical product sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, executing promotional activities, and reporting market feedback to meet business objectives.

The Brand Manager will drive sales growth, develop marketing strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance brand performance in CNS and Gastro markets.
