Drive pre-sales technical engagement for Alkira's SaaS networking platform: present demos, lead POCs, design and assist deployments, respond to RFPs, troubleshoot complex enterprise network issues, and feed customer-driven product requirements to Product Management.

Develop and maintain Python-based QA automation frameworks, feature test plans, continuous regression suites, scaling and performance tests, and Terraform-driven deployment automation. Test networking products across cloud environments, troubleshoot defects, analyze customer issues, and expand regression coverage. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements, debugging, documentation reviews, and continuous quality improvement.

Build AI-driven growth marketing and revenue automation systems using data enrichment, scoring models, attribution, automated workflows, and ABM infrastructure. Unify complex martech stacks, activate buying-intent signals, improve lead routing and CRM hygiene, and coordinate account-level engagement across marketing and sales channels. The role requires hands-on experience with ABM platforms, AI-powered workflows, marketing automation, analytics, and scalable technical solutions.

Own Alkira’s global platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD systems, shared databases and storage, service lifecycle, disaster recovery, Terraform modules, observability, and production tooling in Go or Python. Drive architectural decisions, cost reduction, reliability, security, and multi-team platform adoption while mentoring engineers and participating in on-call support.

Design and build shared backend services, APIs, distributed primitives, and developer tooling used by engineering teams. Own complex platform capabilities from architecture through production support, troubleshoot Linux-based environments, improve scalability and reliability, and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance while developing cloud-native microservices with Golang, gRPC, and Protobuf.

Embed with strategic enterprise customers to architect, build, and deploy Alkira-based cloud and hybrid network solutions. Lead technical evaluations, run workshops, develop automation (Terraform, APIs, scripting), provide deep troubleshooting, and drive customer adoption and product feedback from evaluation through production.

Develop and execute regional enterprise sales strategies, manage opportunities from lead generation through close, map customer decision-makers, deliver presentations and platform demonstrations, guide trials, and achieve revenue targets. The role manages complex, extended sales cycles and large deals while coordinating engineering, product, marketing, finance, partners, and executives. It also provides market feedback and builds long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.

Lead Alkira’s QA and Automation team, setting quality strategy and standards for a cloud networking platform. Responsibilities include developing Python-based automation, maintaining Terraform and Jenkins CI infrastructure, designing functional, regression, integration, negative, performance, and scale tests, validating releases across public clouds, debugging failures, coordinating distributed engineers, mentoring staff, and participating in mandatory on-call support.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and success criteria for enterprise networking solutions. Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into scalable technical products. Use market insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to guide decisions, manage risks and dependencies, support releases, and drive adoption of AI/ML, cloud networking, and modern architectures.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise NIaaS deals in the Denver region: prospect, map decision makers, demo platform, guide trials, and close complex, long-cycle deals. Meet regional revenue targets while coordinating engineering, product, marketing, finance, and executives to win business and provide feedback to optimize processes and strategy.
