Serves as a strategic HR partner to regional operations, aligning HR programs with business objectives. Advises managers on organizational design, performance, workforce planning, succession, engagement, employee relations, compliance, and change management. Analyzes HR metrics, supports policy and program implementation, promotes diversity and inclusion, reduces legal risk, and provides coaching and guidance across regional teams.

Provides corporate and commercial legal support by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements; advising on legal risks; supporting dispute resolution, compliance programs, corporate governance, and policy development. Conducts legal research, prepares legal documents, trains employees, and partners with business leaders and functional departments to improve legal processes and manage organizational risk.

Manages office administration, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, P&L reporting, accruals, forecasting, month-end closing, and HR coordination. Provides administrative and customer service support while ensuring accounting compliance, resolving payment discrepancies, maintaining records, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced onsite office environment.

Produces HR metrics, dashboards, and executive-ready insights supporting workforce planning and business strategy. Maintains HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics across areas including turnover, headcount, engagement, DEIB, and hiring. Partners with HR teams and leaders to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, conducts ad hoc workforce analyses, and coaches HR partners on using data effectively. Requires strong analytical, reporting, data visualization, communication, and HR systems knowledge.

Develops and executes internal communications, digital content, employee engagement, culture, and change management programs. Creates messaging for integrations, M&A, sustainability, town halls, intranet, newsletters, training, and corporate reporting. Collaborates with HR, leadership, Marketing, and Investor Relations to align communications and brand voice. Manages multimedia content, campaigns, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and effectiveness measurement while supporting organizational change and employee adoption.

Lead and mature the organization's governance, risk, and compliance program, including CMMC, GDPR, audits, policy governance, control implementation, third-party vendor risk, privacy assessments, remediation, and executive reporting. Partner with Legal, Privacy, Procurement, IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders while serving as the primary contact for auditors, assessors, vendors, customers, and internal teams. Mentor GRC personnel and drive cross-functional compliance initiatives.

Manages regional NDT operations, including staffing, scheduling, equipment and fleet resources, safety and quality compliance, financial performance, budgeting, client relationships, service delivery, estimating, site visits, and business development. Requires strong NDT and radiographic testing expertise, managerial ability, technical certifications, and industrial operations experience.
