Provide litigation support for civil and insurance defense attorneys: draft, format, and e-file documents; manage dockets and calendars; schedule depositions/hearings; perform Westlaw research; assist with trial preparation, document management, and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Perform high-volume, front-end pre-bill and line-by-line invoice audits for insurance defense matters to ensure UTBMS and carrier guideline compliance. Communicate with attorneys and billing staff to resolve non-compliant entries, submit and track billing appeals, build Excel compliance reports, triage the billing compliance inbox, escalate trends, and contribute to special compliance projects while exercising independent judgment.
