Remote sales role contacting existing Sun Life Group Retirement Savings plan members to provide advice, recommend savings/investment solutions, build relationships, and drive retention and sales through phone and video consultations.

Supports existing and new clients through phone and chat interactions, fulfills policy and account service requests, manages death claims, triages platform users, and identifies opportunities for sales and financial planning referrals. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, adaptability, financial services knowledge, and availability for a variable weekday schedule. Experience with blended or outbound call centers is required; knowledge of Sun Life products and Salesforce is preferred.

Provides administrative and business support to the Retail Distribution leadership team. Coordinates leadership meetings, events, venues, invitations, presentations, expense reports, mileage logs, vendor payments, promotional requests, and sales communications. Manage Canadian and international tax reporting and compliance for Sun Life's international operations, including FAPI calculations, maintaining foreign affiliate tax attributes (ACB, surplus), excluded property analysis, tax research, responses to tax authorities, supporting global tax strategy, coordinating outsourcing and junior staff, and ensuring compliance for specified Canadian entities.

Leads solution architecture across regional insurance projects and transformation programs. Designs and governs cloud-native, microservices, API-driven, AI/ML, Generative AI, data, and AWS architectures. Establishes technology standards, ensures security and regulatory compliance, evaluates insurance platforms, and translates business objectives into target-state architectures and roadmaps. The role partners with product and technical teams, resolves complex delivery issues, presents to senior executives, and influences technology adoption across Asia.

Supports product marketing launches and promotional materials, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, compliance approvals, quality reviews, and production timelines. Manages campaign fulfilment, including eligibility validation, data verification, reconciliation, exception handling, enquiries, records, and operational controls. Requires advanced Excel skills for large datasets, data cleansing, validation, manipulation, and fulfilment file preparation, along with strong communication, proofreading, organization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
