Leads complex tax return reviews, tax provision preparation, compliance, planning, and technical research for business and individual clients. Manages multiple engagements, budgets, client relationships, succession planning, and timely delivery. Supervises, coaches, mentors, and evaluates staff while supporting recruiting, business development, and thought leadership. Requires extensive public accounting and tax compliance experience, CPA or EA certification, and strong leadership and client management skills.

Leads technical delivery for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP implementations, including architecture, development, integrations, data migration, deployments, maintenance, documentation, testing, and user training. Supports project managers and functional teams, delegates technical work, conducts code reviews, mentors junior developers, and trains client technical resources. The role requires strong X++ and D365 F&O experience, Azure-based integration knowledge, Power Platform familiarity, client-facing consulting skills, and 25–50% national travel.

Leads federal financial audit teams, reviews workpapers and reports, designs audit procedures, evaluates findings, manages client communications, and ensures compliance with auditing standards. The role requires CPA certification, accounting education, leadership experience, financial statement auditing expertise, and knowledge of federal audit standards. It also involves business development, project management, quality control, team development, and use of data analysis tools and AI. The position requires an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one and travel up to 25%.
