Lead client-facing discovery from initial conversations to a comprehensive Discovery Document. Run workshops, gather business and technical requirements, define scope, risks, priorities, and implementation recommendations. Coordinate with engineering, UX, AI specialists, and clients, produce deliverables, present findings, and ensure a smooth handoff into delivery.
