Lead delivery for a cloud-based eDiscovery SaaS platform, owning roadmap execution, platform scalability, reliability, AI feature productionization, org design, hiring and development of engineering managers, budget and vendor management, and cross-functional partnership with Product and senior leadership.

Lead delivery for the Nebula SaaS platform: run planning, sprint execution, release management, and reliability at scale. Drive cloud platform and architecture modernization, move AI features from prototype to production, hire and develop engineering leaders, and own budget, headcount, and cross-functional partnerships.

Lead rebuilding FP&A systems and models: design Oracle→Pigment pipelines, ensure data integrity across systems, co-develop and operate Claude AI agents, own rolling forecasts, EBITDA bridges, scenario and capital analysis, produce executive strategy memos and KPIs, and mentor junior FP&A staff.

Owner of FP&A deliverables: build and run rolling forecasts and EBITDA bridges, produce business-line reporting and investor packages, maintain Pigment models and Power BI dashboards, manage month-end close checklist and accruals, and deliver precise, investor-grade outputs reviewed by CFO and PE sponsors.

The Sr. Sales Account Executive will develop relationships with law firms and corporations to drive revenue. Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline, achieving revenue goals, and conducting market analysis.

Support Project Management team with administrative and client-facing tasks: scheduling, billing, job tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, inputting requirements into tracking systems, liaising with Operations, managing small transaction-based projects, and maintaining knowledge base and SharePoint documentation.

Lead product strategy and delivery for client workflow orchestration, AI-powered anomaly detection, and a client portal. Drive automation, real-time telemetry, API integrations, and measurable operational excellence. Partner with CS, Ops, Engineering, and AI architecture to prototype, ship AI-native features, define metrics, and grow the product team.

Review documents from data breaches to identify PII, PHI, and other sensitive data using eDiscovery platforms. Meet accuracy and speed targets, follow written/verbal instructions, attend trainings, maintain confidentiality, track hours, and communicate with project leadership. Project-based, fully remote (US-only), minimum 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM ET.

Manage and develop a team of project managers delivering eDiscovery services. Ensure high-quality client service, allocate workload, handle escalations, improve workflows, and provide hands-on project support and coaching.
