Provides bilingual English and Spanish Tier 1 helpdesk support by phone, email, and cases. Handles account and billing questions, device activation, system education, troubleshooting, cancellations, retention, and first-contact resolution. Documents customer interactions, de-escalates concerns, supports translation projects, and maintains strong customer relationships. The role requires remote-work readiness, secure home workspace, reliable internet, and familiarity with customer support technologies.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities via high-volume calling and email. Research accounts, identify decision makers, set qualified meetings for account executives, meet monthly quotas, and maintain prospect database.

Provide Tier 1 inbound support by phone, chat, and email for Linxup devices (GPS, dash cams). Troubleshoot technical issues, document interactions, retain and upsell customers, de-escalate calls, and educate customers to prevent repeat issues.

Manage and optimize revenue processes across marketing, sales, and customer success. Oversee CRM and automation tools, ensure system integrations and data accuracy, create dashboards and KPI reports, support forecasting and planning, lead cross-functional initiatives, and provide actionable insights to improve revenue performance.

Manage a book of customers to drive adoption, onboarding, retention and growth of Linxup telematics solutions. Build consultative relationships, monitor customer health, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally, respond to inquiries, provide training and advocate for clients to improve satisfaction and referrals.
