Serve as the day-to-day practice support lead for a private equity sponsor finance team, managing end-to-end transaction execution (intake, checklists, KYC/diligence, UCC/lien searches and filings, signature collection, closing distribution), coordinating clients and counterparties, maintaining deal tracking and knowledge management, and supporting attorneys to ensure timely, accurate closings across multiple concurrent, high-pressure matters.

Provide administrative support to attorneys including expense report processing, time entry, travel coordination, meeting and mail logistics, document formatting, and general office tasks. Serve as back-up to guest services and handle confidential communications and filing.

Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual client events and sponsorships, handling venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budgeting, registrations, CLE coordination, attendee experience, program materials, post-event follow-up, and client entertainment ticket inventory and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use firm tools to track results.
