The role also documents recurring field problems, feeds improvements into product engineering, verifies fixes, and supports critical assembly stages at job sites and the manufacturing plant.

Design and own electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems for prefabricated single-family homes. Responsibilities include Revit documentation, load and fixture calculations, Title 24 energy compliance, HERS coordination, permitting, code compliance, RFIs, submittals, product improvements, material specifications, and factory and job-site coordination. The role requires regular visits to the Sacramento plant and South Bay construction sites.
