Prepare tax returns and conduct tax research for closely held businesses; perform detailed accounting, statistical analyses, and client billing; lead and mentor staff; assist with system improvements, client service, and business development while maintaining professional standards and continuing education compliance.

Onboard new payroll clients by gathering historical payroll/tax data, configuring earnings/deductions/taxes, training clients on payroll software, acting as primary payroll specialist for initial payrolls, maintaining project plans, and coordinating with sales/support to ensure smooth transitions.
