Lead global indirect procurement and category management (IT, professional services, travel, finance, HR). Drive strategic sourcing, vendor lifecycle management, contract execution, risk assessment, and cross-regional coordination. Partner with stakeholders to develop data-driven procurement strategies, optimize supplier performance, ensure compliance with group policies, and manage multiple sourcing projects concurrently.

Deliver advanced structural design and analysis across complex projects using nonlinear, dynamic, seismic and performance‑based modelling. Support concept through construction, develop temporary works and erection schemes, conduct site inspections, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, implement QA and H&S, mentor juniors, and support project budgeting and client engagement.

Coordinate setup, administration and maintenance of project document management systems. Manage document flows, archives (electronic and hard copy), fulfill retrieval requests, conduct audits, provide monthly analytics and support project reporting and technical administration while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Drive marketing data strategy and analytics: manage tracking (UTMs, GA4, GTM, conversion APIs), collect and validate multi-source data, analyze channel and A/B test performance, build automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI), generate actionable insights, and partner with marketing and communications to inform targeting, creative, and budget decisions.

Lead civil and structural design for marine and retaining structures, prepare technical reports, perform analyses and calculations, manage authorities submissions, supervise a small structural design team, coordinate multidisciplinary design activities, support tender documentation, and resolve technical issues with clients and stakeholders.

Process, review and validate financial transactions, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support audits, manage vendor accounts and payment runs, review junior staff work, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Enter and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims with high accuracy; validate supporting documents; communicate with stakeholders; perform payment, vendor maintenance, and reconciliation tasks as needed.

Create and maintain structural BIM models, coordinate with other disciplines, follow BIM Execution Plans and standards, prepare deliverables for coordination meetings and reviews, export and share model outputs, and support drawing production.

Manage end-to-end procurement operations: convert PRs to POs, ensure compliance with procurement policies, maintain SAP procurement master data, support users on procurement procedures, troubleshoot system issues, and drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.

Provide GL accounting support for assigned business units including month-end and year-end close, intercompany reconciliations, financial performance vs budget analysis, budgeting and forecasting, tax and statutory accounting, audit coordination, internal control review, and ad-hoc process improvement and advisory.
