Manage delivery of major infrastructure projects in Riyadh by supporting the Project Director, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring scope/schedule/cost/quality/risks, preparing executive reports and dashboards, managing stakeholders, overseeing contract administration, cost control, HSE compliance, and project close-out.

Plan and coordinate site staff deployment and manpower utilisation, support budget planning and tender preparation, liaise with project managers and HR, track manpower costs and purchase orders, maintain client relationships, prepare operational reports, and ensure documentation and process compliance to enable timely project delivery.

Produce construction-ready civil drawing packages and precision models for landfill cells, capping systems and supporting infrastructure. Draft stormwater, drainage, leachate systems and access roads. Maintain CAD standards, manage design data in Vault/ACC, perform QA/QC, and coordinate with senior designers and offshore teams.

Lead electrical engineering for dry utilities (power distribution, lighting, earthing, LV/MV systems) on major projects; oversee design deliverables, ensure compliance with regional codes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and liaise with clients and contractors. Middle East project experience required.

Lead end-to-end bid and proposal activities for large infrastructure projects, develop bid strategy and win themes, integrate digital tools (BIM, analytics, AI) into bid workflows, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules/compliance, and drive lessons-learned to improve win rates.

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support: manage work orders and service reports, organize OneDrive records, track office supplies and equipment, assist meeting logistics, monitor attendance, and support onboarding/offboarding to maintain an organized office.

Produce CAD and Revit BIM drawings/models for MEP works, ensuring quality and adherence to office/client drafting standards. Prepare/update 3D BIM/CSD models, generate accurate 2D drawings from models, maintain records (models, clash reports, RFIs, BIM register) per ISO procedures, perform backups, support coordination meetings and presentations, report progress to managers, and share knowledge with the team.

Lead and review accounting transactions, reconciliations, and journals; prepare management reports; respond to auditors; improve processes; support team leads and act as OIC when needed. Drive P2P activities, vendor interactions, and SAP-related accounting work.
