Lead planning, design and construction management of civil and structural (C&S) services for high-rise and mixed developments. Serve as Qualified Person, coordinate with authorities and multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with codes, submissions, site supervision, quality control and construction administration.

Manage full corporate secretarial function for group entities, ensure statutory compliance and filings, support Board/committee and shareholder meetings, coordinate cross‑functional matters, drive process improvement and digitalisation of secretarial workflows, and oversee incorporations, restructurings and entity wind-ups.

Lead and grow Atelier Ten's UK MEP practice: drive business development, secure projects, manage financial and resource performance, provide technical oversight, mentor teams, represent the firm externally, and collaborate across multidisciplinary and SJ Group practices to expand market presence.

Set architecture, standards, and governance; drive MLOps/DataOps practices, model governance, and integration (including robotics). Provide hands-on delivery, technical direction, and mentorship to ensure scalable, secure, and reusable AI capabilities.

Lead detailed structural design and project delivery for commercial, mixed-use and data centre projects. Manage client liaison, develop engineering solutions, produce temporary and permanent works designs, conduct design checks and site inspections, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with quality, H&S and company procedures.

Produce CAD and Revit BIM drawings/models for MEP works, ensuring quality and adherence to office/client drafting standards. Prepare/update 3D BIM/CSD models, generate accurate 2D drawings from models, maintain records (models, clash reports, RFIs, BIM register) per ISO procedures, perform backups, support coordination meetings and presentations, report progress to managers, and share knowledge with the team.
