The Senior FP&A Manager leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support focused on topline performance. They partner with Sales and Marketing, analyze large datasets and SaaS metrics, build financial models, improve data and reporting processes, and provide strategic insights to executives, board members, and private equity sponsors. The role also supports competitive analysis, corporate finance initiatives, special projects, and M&A activities.

Provides operational and administrative support to Global Accounts Receivable and Collections by coordinating customer onboarding, purchase orders, vendor registrations, compliance documentation, payment readiness, and collections handoffs. Manage end-to-end software renewal portfolios for SMB and mid-market clients, including forecasting, contract execution, stakeholder relationships, expansion opportunities, and churn mitigation. Partner with customer success, sales, finance, legal, product, marketing, and R&D teams. Use Salesforce and LinkSquares to manage CPQs, pipelines, forecasts, and renewal processes. Develop data-driven sales plans, scalable playbooks, presentations, and strategies to increase customer adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on SLED accounts in the Midwest. Build pipeline, develop territory plans, work through VAR channel partners, lead negotiations, forecast sales, deliver C-level presentations, and meet/exceed quotas.
