Design, govern, and modernize Microsoft 365 workplace platforms including Intune, Autopilot, AVD, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise print. Build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, enforce Zero Trust-aligned security and compliance, lead platform modernization, mentor teams, and serve as escalation and on-call owner for endpoint, mobility, collaboration, virtual desktop, and print services.

Support MRO supplier sourcing, standardization, and procurement for manufacturing and packaging. Maintain inventory control, implement CMMS standards, analyze spend with BI reports, improve purchasing processes, monitor supplier performance, and support Engineering and Finance with requisitions and payments.

Lead enterprise IT strategy and operations as Head of IT, overseeing SAP S/4 HANA and Azure initiatives, cybersecurity, enterprise data/BI, a $12M+ budget, and a 40+ person IT organization. Drive ERP transformation, IT governance, vendor and financial management, business partnership across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial functions, and continuous improvement of IT service delivery and resilience.
