Communicates with customers, provides workarounds, documents solutions, meets SLA commitments, and coordinates escalations with infrastructure, cloud operations, business intelligence, and custom development teams.

Provides technical support for Tecsys Elite software by managing ServiceNow tickets, diagnosing application and integration issues, analyzing logs, SQL queries, Java code, and stack traces, and communicating with customers through resolution. The role develops workarounds, escalates infrastructure and customization issues to internal teams, documents solutions, and meets SLA commitments. Evening or weekend shift availability is required.

Responds to and resolves SaaS platform incidents, investigates root causes, performs operational reliability checks, and improves automation to reduce manual work and technical debt. Maintains backups, monitoring, infrastructure, and onboarding/offboarding processes while contributing to reliability projects. Develops tooling across AWS and Azure and participates in incident management, on-call rotations, escalations, and postmortems.

The role involves frequent travel across North America and requires strong English and French communication skills.

Designs and executes performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests for cloud-based enterprise applications. Investigates performance issues across Kubernetes, AWS, JVMs, application logs, and PostgreSQL to identify root causes. Builds JMeter tests, Playwright validations, workload models, test environments, and datasets; analyzes monitoring, database, and infrastructure metrics; collaborates with developers to verify fixes; and uses Python for automation and analysis.

Designs and executes load, stress, scalability, endurance, and performance tests for cloud-based enterprise applications. Investigates root causes across Kubernetes, AWS, JVM, application logs, and PostgreSQL; analyzes metrics, slow queries, execution plans, resource limits, autoscaling, and indexing. Maintains JMeter and Playwright tests, uses Datadog for monitoring, configures test environments and large datasets, automates with Python, and collaborates with developers to validate fixes.
