Own the full B2B sales cycle for managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services across metro Atlanta. Build a self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships; set executive appointments; recommend technical solutions; negotiate agreements; maintain CRM accuracy; and meet recurring revenue and new-client targets. Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and technical teams to close complex deals.

Conduct outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to business owners and IT decision-makers, identify IT needs, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM activity and pipeline records, follow up with prospects, and share market feedback. The role includes paid training, performance targets, and a path toward Account Executive or Business Development positions.

Manage Century’s top strategic accounts as a trusted technology advisor to executive stakeholders. Lead client engagement cadences, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity planning, licensing and contract renewals, budgeting, retention, and account expansion. Conduct executive meetings and QBRs, identify operational and risk-reduction improvements, and collaborate with engineering, service delivery, and sales teams to resolve issues and deliver client success.
