Conduct tax research, advise clients on complex income, gift, estate, GST, and state and local tax matters, structure transactions, draft Circular 230 tax opinions, manage projects, supervise junior staff, and support tax practice marketing through articles and presentations.

Coordinates law firm billing operations, including invoice preparation, attorney bill reviews, revisions, distribution, collections follow-up, and client billing support. Enters daily deposits into Clio and administers operating and retainer accounts across multiple state jurisdictions. Supports financial reporting and analysis using AI tools while maintaining accurate, confidential records and collaborating with attorneys, clients, and administrative staff.
