Analyze usage and finance processes, identify optimization opportunities, recommend best practices, support outcome-based services, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Consulting, and Customer Excellence teams. Serve as a trusted advisor on financial management, digital transformation, and scalable use of ERP functionality.

Provides first-line application and IT support to Unit4 customers, investigating and documenting issues, resolving escalations, coordinating with colleagues and R&D, and identifying service improvements. The role involves customer communication in English and Swedish, defect investigation, process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining product and technical knowledge.

Owns strategy, roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end lifecycle for HR and Compensation modules within an HCM/ERP portfolio. Translates market and compliance requirements into product specifications, coordinates delivery across agile teams, manages dependencies and defects, conducts competitive analysis, and presents product strategy to executives, customers, and stakeholders.
