Present live-streamed games to English and Italian players, explain game rules, follow professional communication and company procedures, complete paid training, and work in shift schedules.

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, communicate across teams, improve operational reliability, maintain 24/7 service availability, document processes, and automate tasks using scripting, Linux, networking, and monitoring tools.

Manage Playtech's global database platform including daily operations, setup, installation and upgrades, high-availability solutions, automation and monitoring tooling. Support high-volume, complex PostgreSQL and MariaDB environments, develop tooling and scripts, and participate in on-call rotation for production incident response.

Create high-quality 2D game art (characters, props, environments, symbols, UI, special effects); prepare layered, production-ready assets for animation; collaborate with animators, designers, and developers; use AI image-generation tools for concepting; deliver work to deadlines.
