Provides front-line technical and customer support for commercial AWOS customers through phone and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, sensors, communications equipment, and peripheral devices; managing support tickets; coordinating parts, repairs, and field service; escalating complex issues; documenting resolutions; and identifying recurring problems for engineering and product teams.
