Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across SIEM, NTA and EDR/XDR platforms. Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking, packet analysis, threat intelligence research, and work with customer teams to detect, contain and eradicate threats. Improve detections, documentation, and train colleagues within a 24/7 SOC shift pattern.
