Build, ship, and operate backend services and workflows powering clinical charting, scheduling, task management, and EHR integrations. Own features end-to-end, ensure HIPAA-compliant, reliable production systems, use CI/CD and agentic AI tools, mentor engineers, and drive operational excellence and observability.

Lead data-driven analyses and cross-functional operational initiatives to improve patient conversion, provider utilization, and operational efficiency. Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards with Product and Data, define metrics, and partner across Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Commercial to implement and measure process improvements and scalable insights.

Lead and grow a small engineering team building scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant patient and clinician-facing web and mobile systems. Drive architectural decisions, CI/CD, feature-flagged small-batch delivery, AI-native developer workflows, and operational excellence. Partner with product, design, clinical, and ops to translate requirements into reliable, accessible software and hire, mentor, and raise delivery capability across the team.
