Responsibilities include prospecting, developing strategic partnerships, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating and closing deals, nurturing B2B relationships, coordinating product and marketing initiatives, monitoring market trends, reporting sales performance, and representing the business at industry events.

Lead insurance and mutual fund sales within wealth management, driving revenue growth, market expansion, product distribution, and financial partner relationships. Develop sales strategies, oversee and coach a high-performing team, expand business development pipelines, support high-net-worth client engagement, represent the organization at industry events, prepare forecasts and reports, and ensure regulatory compliance across sales activities.

Manage institutional investor coverage across banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and investment funds for debt capital market opportunities. Build and maintain investor relationships, structure financial products, analyze issuer business models and credit profiles, coordinate legal documentation, market deals, and facilitate end-to-end closures. Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and execution teams to design bespoke offerings and increase platform activity.

Manage and coordinate technical projects across engineering and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include sprint planning, progress tracking, dependency resolution, scope and schedule management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, project documentation, agile ceremony facilitation, impediment removal, and agile coaching. The role also supports release coordination, performance reporting, and process improvement while ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

Lead customer implementations for Yubi’s debt transaction platform. Conduct onboarding workshops, define configurations and workflows, support API, SFTP, dashboard, and user interactions, and use low-code tools where possible. Coordinate UAT, documentation, training, and operational handovers. Identify product gaps, work with Product Management through resolution, manage implementation tasks in Jira, and lead a team supporting multiple customers and debt transaction products.
