Deploy, operate, and support the Istari platform across customer environments, including cloud, on-premises, Kubernetes, and air-gapped deployments. Configure infrastructure as code, networking, identity federation, IAM, secure data sharing, and production services. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, build reference architectures, and communicate with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders. The role requires strong DevOps and Kubernetes expertise, automation skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and familiarity with regulated environments.
