Build and manage a pipeline, run solution-based sales engagements and demos, navigate 6–9 month complex deals, multi-thread with C-level stakeholders, negotiate contracts, forecast in CRM, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to expand accounts and provide customer feedback.

Own the full sales cycle in Austria: self-generate pipeline, prospect 30–40 new customers monthly, manage 50+ opportunities, close high-value deals with finance and advisory decision-makers, run outreach and events, share customer feedback, and collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales.

Lead backend modernization and feature delivery, contribute hands-on to design and implementation, raise backend engineering standards, mentor engineers, and guide teams through ambiguous technical problems, including AI-related initiatives.
