Maintain expertise in data engineering, cloud data warehouses, orchestration, transformation, and the modern data stack.

Lead a five-person AI-native backend and distributed systems team building scalable platform services, database connectors, and data pipelines. Own architecture, reliability, observability, security, auditability, and multi-tenant delivery across Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and Apache Iceberg. Guide AI-assisted engineering workflows, hire and develop engineers, participate in production operations, and retain significant hands-on coding responsibility. The role offers a path toward Engineering Manager or Staff/Principal Engineer.

Lead and scale Hevo’s global Technical Account Management function across onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and customer health.
