Provide Tier 4 HPC support for Ft. Meade and UDC sites. Configure, tune, test, and troubleshoot high-performance file systems (XFS, GPFS, Lustre), HPC farm systems and tools (Nagios, xcat, failover software, compilers), MPP systems, distributed schedulers (RES, LSF, SLURM), and RedHat/SUSE operating systems.

Use Atlassian tools and Remedy ticketing, support on-call and live-call environments, and work with VMware and Solaris containers.

Senior Network Engineer responsible for network design, datacenter virtualization, enterprise security boundaries, LAN/MAN/CAN infrastructure, packet capture, routing/switching, stateful firewalls, L3/L4 access controls, physical installation/troubleshooting of routers/switches/load balancers, VPN/IPsec, VMware and Solaris containers, using Atlassian tools and ticketing systems, supporting on-call duties. Requires DoD 8570 IAT Level II and TS/SCI with polygraphs.
