As a Tax Manager at Aprio, you will lead a team in developing tax strategies, preparing returns, and consulting on tax-related issues while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

Lead accounting authority for a portfolio of clients in an outsourced Client Accounting Services team. Oversee financial reporting, multi-entity consolidations, accounting operations, internal controls, and system implementations. Advise executive stakeholders, drive process automation and scalability, manage engagement delivery and teams, support business development, and ensure GAAP compliance and high-quality client outcomes.

Lead and develop an end-user support team delivering hardware, software, network, and cloud application support across regional offices. Own device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, collaboration platform governance (Microsoft 365 suite), remote support strategy, security/compliance controls, vendor management, training, and continuous improvement to meet SLAs and optimize user experience.

Provide national tax operations support by assembling, delivering, and electronically filing tax and payroll returns, creating engagement letters, performing quality control, protecting PII, and assisting with data projects to optimize efficiency and client experience.

Coordinate marketing project intake and delivery for Aprio's Growth Team: manage ClickUp tasks, set client expectations, liaise with subject matter experts, support production (AV/photo studio) and events, maintain content archives, and assist the Senior Production Manager to ensure on-time project completion.

The Senior Accounting Associate prepares financial statements, performs tax services, and communicates with clients. Requires 3-5 years of experience, predominantly in public or private accounting aiming at real estate clients.
