Manage NASBA-required documentation and CPE/CPD certificate issuance, produce virtual trainings, coordinate compliance data and reporting, support scheduling and audits, improve compliance tracking and deliver facilitator/staff training on compliance best practices.

Prepare, generate, review, and deliver tax engagement letters using firm templates and client data. Coordinate with tax professionals to resolve missing information, track status, maintain engagement letter records across applications, assist with data projects, and protect personally identifiable information. Provide timely, accurate administrative support and follow-up.

Design and govern enterprise semantic models in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, author complex DAX and queries, enable NLQ/Copilot and AI integrations, coach report developers, lead stakeholder requirements, and implement governance, performance optimization, security, and AI-readiness across reporting domains.
