Support performance management, compliance, and people initiatives across business teams. Coordinate appraisals, probation reviews, PIPs, and employee check-ins. Partner with managers on workforce planning, documentation, and HR programs. Ensure policy adherence, maintain lifecycle records, and drive employee engagement and process execution.

The Video Editor will create engaging short-form and mid-length content for various platforms, ensuring strong storytelling and cultural relevance in English and Malayalam.

Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, maintaining hiring trackers, employer branding, campus hiring support, and onboarding assistance for business and tech roles.

Provide first-level IT support and manage office IT assets, networks, security (MDM/EDR), onboarding/offboarding, vendor procurement, and daily office administration to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced startup.
