Own a book of high-ARR enterprise accounts as a senior technical success lead: drive adoption, retention, and expansion; align the platform to security and business outcomes; coordinate multi-workstream initiatives; run executive business reviews; enable customers on the Endor Labs platform; proactively manage and escalate risk; capture feedback for Product and Engineering.

Lead and develop a team of 5-6 account executives across EMEA to drive pipeline, execute territory strategy, recruit and coach talent, enforce value-based selling and MEDDIC, partner with cross-functional teams, and consistently deliver team revenue targets through data-driven sales management.

Build and improve static analysis and ML-for-code systems: enhance SCA and SAST platforms, implement call graph, data-flow and taint analyses, run ML experiments from prototype to production, collaborate on roadmap, optimize performance and reliability, and engage with customers and community as needed.

Serve as technical pre-sales architect: educate customers on application and supply chain security, deliver tailored demos, lead evaluations and onboarding, collaborate with engineering/product to design solutions, and drive enterprise customer outcomes.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to CISOs, AppSec, and engineering leaders: build pipeline, run MEDDPICC-driven discovery, coordinate SAs/CS/SDRs, close multi-stakeholder six-figure deals, and exceed forecasted targets.
