Design, develop, maintain, and improve Ebury’s scalable data platform. The role involves building data solutions, supporting data transformation and validation, collaborating with stakeholders, exploring emerging technologies, and enforcing data governance, quality, and security standards across structured and unstructured data environments.

Design and build Ebury’s Agentic Data Plane, including agent communication, tool registries, governed data access, security controls, audit logging, observability, and replayability. Integrate AI platform capabilities with data catalogs, metadata, warehouses, and vector retrieval. Collaborate with domain teams to onboard agents and establish platform standards. Explore LLM evaluation, prompt safety, agent memory, and related technologies while operating secure production services on GCP.

Manage a portfolio of 200–300 corporate clients using Ebury’s platform for international payments and currency trading. Provide daily operational and trading assistance, resolve client issues, coordinate with internal teams, identify growth opportunities, and support FX transactions with accuracy. The role requires Danish and English fluency, strong communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail, multitasking, and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and currency markets.

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of FX whitelabel partners within a B2B financial services environment. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, strengthening partner relationships, generating revenue, training partners on Ebury products, coordinating internal service delivery, supporting new business development, ensuring AML process compliance, and providing feedback to improve systems and processes. The role requires proven FX dealing experience and partner or sales management expertise.

Analyze SME prospects and clients for credit risk decisions involving supplier payment financing and currency trading products. Review financial statements, operations, markets, and cash flow; manage an existing client portfolio; monitor credit standing; prepare and present recommendations to the Credit Committee; collaborate with front-office and operations teams; and support risk-modeling and process improvements across markets.

Own and evolve Ebury’s analytics platform, including Sigma, dbt, and BigQuery. Establish SDLC standards, testing, CI/CD, governance, documentation, observability, and self-service analytics practices. Ensure metric consistency, optimize BI workload performance and costs, and support analysts in adopting analytics-engineering practices. Collaborate with data platform teams and evaluate modern BI and analytics technologies.

Lead strategic process reviews, corporate development analysis, M&A support, valuation and synergy modeling, and post-merger integration workstreams. Diagnose operational performance, design target states, build executive recommendations, and drive implementation without direct authority. Collaborate with senior leaders across functions and jurisdictions in a regulated fintech environment, supporting market mapping, due diligence, Day 1 readiness, 100-day plans, and board-level decision-making.

Own end-to-end product design for Ebury’s onboarding and activation experiences across customer-facing and internal workflows. Simplify identity verification, KYB/KYC, document collection, compliance, and account activation journeys while balancing customer, business, regulatory, risk, and operational needs. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams; design responsive web and mobile experiences; prototype, test, iterate, extend the design system, and ensure accessible, polished implementation.

Own end-to-end product design for onboarding and activation journeys across customer-facing and internal workflows. Simplify identity verification, KYB/KYC, compliance, document collection, and account activation experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to create responsive web and mobile experiences. Prototype, test, iterate, contribute to the design system, support implementation quality, and promote design culture through critiques and workshops.

Own end-to-end design for key journeys in Ebury’s native mobile app. Create mobile-first experiences for complex financial workflows, from discovery and prototyping through engineering implementation and launch. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations; apply iOS and Android interaction patterns, accessibility, visual craft, and product judgment. Contribute to mobile design systems, validate concepts through research and data, use AI-assisted tools where useful, and support design culture through critiques and workshops.
