Lead controls design and execution for material handling systems, develop electrical designs, program PLCs, mentor junior engineers, and manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal business applications, workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting. Design, plan, and execute tests on material handling equipment (conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, robotics). Analyze test data, report findings, identify root causes, recommend fixes, ensure safety and compliance, support launches and go-lives, and train/support field teams during Greenfield/retrofit automation implementations.

Lead large-scale material handling and automation projects from kickoff to closeout. Develop schedules in Microsoft Project, manage budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and billing. Direct cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery and operational alignment.
