Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex DoD IT projects supporting SOCOM. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, contractor performance, acquisition documentation, and executive reporting while ensuring contractual compliance and continuous process improvement.

Serve as senior financial advisor for DoD IT programs: lead budget planning, formulation, execution, and forecasting; produce financial reports and executive briefings; perform financial modeling and cost analysis; support invoice reconciliation, ERP integration, BES/POM/PB submissions, and financial system administration; advise leadership and recommend process improvements.

Provide advanced financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management for DoD IT programs at Camp Lejeune. Lead budget formulation, execution, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, invoice reconciliation, ERP integration, and support budget submissions (BES, POM, PB). Advise leadership, monitor expenditures, coordinate training, and recommend process improvements.

Develop and maintain DoDAF enterprise architecture products, support communications and Joint Exercise Life Cycle planning, evaluate interoperability and architecture impacts, coordinate with government stakeholders, and produce technical documentation and guidance for enterprise network and systems integration.

Manage end-to-end IT projects for USSOCOM SIE: plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; maintain schedules, budgets, risks, and documentation; coordinate stakeholders and technical teams; ensure operational transition and compliance with contract and mission priorities; produce status reporting and recommend process improvements.

Support SOCOM leadership by analyzing organizational performance and operational metrics, developing strategic plans, recommending process improvements, preparing reports and briefings, maintaining operational documentation and dashboards, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting resource planning and mission analysis to improve mission effectiveness.

Provide program management and contract administration support for government IT programs at Fort Bragg. Monitor contractor performance, track requirements and milestones, prepare analytical and executive reports, maintain project records and reporting tools, support quality assurance and performance measurement, coordinate stakeholders, and identify process improvements to ensure contractual compliance and successful program execution.

Lead, plan, execute, monitor, and close complex DoD IT projects supporting SOCOM SIE. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, SLAs, contractor performance, acquisition documentation (SOW/PWS/SOO/CDRLs), reporting, and program repositories. Serve as trusted advisor to government stakeholders, support QA/QASP, and drive process improvements. Active Top-Secret clearance required.
