Design, implement, and maintain on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, backup/DR, and identity). Develop PowerShell automation and Auto Remediation scripts, build Power BI compliance dashboards, evaluate Microsoft features, and maintain Intune/Azure endpoint infrastructure.

Provide high-level HR support for attorneys in the DC office, manage attorney lifecycle processes (onboarding, off-boarding, performance, promotions), handle immigration and I-9 compliance, investigate employee relations issues, coordinate orientation and training, maintain attorney records and reports, support firmwide HR initiatives, and partner with legal and business services teams.

Support collections team with invoice administration and client communications. Use ARCS3 and CMS to review and monitor accounts, resolve unallocated balances and installment payments, track e-billing invoices, and assist with billing/collection follow-up and special projects.
