Creates and maintains detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, installation drawings, interface control documents, bills of materials, and engineering change documentation for aerospace structures. Applies ASME Y14.5 GD&T, performs tolerance checks and drawing reviews, maintains configuration control in Windchill, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams. Supports first-article inspection, production troubleshooting, manufacturability reviews, and compliance with aerospace standards.

Creates and maintains detailed 3D CAD models, part, assembly, and installation drawings for spacecraft structures using Creo and Windchill. Applies ASME Y14.5 GD&T, performs tolerance checks and drawing reviews, manages configuration-controlled documentation, supports engineering changes, BOMs, first-article inspections, and production troubleshooting, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Creates and releases CAD layouts, detail and assembly drawings, MBD datasets, and PLM data for lunar lander mechanical systems. Supports fluid component and tube-routing design, reviews drawings against standards, manages CAD assemblies and BOMs, and applies GD&T, manufacturing, materials, and design-for-manufacturability practices. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver quality designs meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Leads and develops a team of mechanisms engineers while owning technical strategy for aerospace mechanism design, integration, qualification, and testing. Oversees deployable, actuated, separation, and gimbal mechanisms; drives trade studies, architecture, supplier decisions, design reviews, risk management, and anomaly resolution. Partners cross-functionally to ensure structural, thermal, kinematic, reliability, and manufacturability requirements are met for lunar spacecraft systems.

Owns supply chain performance for Lunar tanks, developing strategies and material plans to meet cost, schedule, quality, and delivery targets. Coordinates supply chain functions, procurement, planning, sourcing, material management, financial metrics, compliance, risk mitigation, and program reporting. Analyzes performance data, leads process standardization and improvement, supports make-buy decisions, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, program management, suppliers, and senior leadership.

Designs and optimizes spacecraft gas subsystems for Blue Origin’s lunar landers. Responsibilities include developing transient fluid simulation models, guiding hardware optimization and mission operations, leading subsystem trade studies, defining requirements, planning verification testing, and supporting the vehicle lifecycle through flight operations. The role requires thermal and fluids analysis expertise, spacecraft systems knowledge, and proficiency with specialized modeling tools and FORTRAN user logic.

Design and develop reaction control system fluid subassemblies for lunar vehicles, including valves, tanks, filters, sensors, piping, and other pressurized components. Responsibilities include CAD design, P&ID development, component specifications, trade studies, flow and pressure calculations, structural and thermal analysis, supplier coordination, procurement support, installation, testing, verification, and management of hardware cost and schedules.
