Manage complex aerospace projects from concept through delivery by establishing project plans, schedules, budgets, metrics, governance, and reporting. Own and sustain an enterprise AI assistant supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Responsibilities include platform maintenance, dependency and model updates, regression testing, data-drift remediation, guardrails, feedback triage, performance reporting, new AI workflow development, model evaluation, technical leadership, mentoring, rollout support, and AI strategy planning.

Develop and validate launch vehicle shock, vibration, and acoustic environment predictions and measurements for New Glenn. Lead dynamic environment testing across components, subsystems, and systems; analyze ground and flight test data; perform loads-related tasks; troubleshoot test programs; and support payload and mission integration with external customers.

Integrate lunar landers with the New Glenn launch vehicle, directing Mission Interface Control Document requirements, development, verification, and range safety activities. Manage subcontract and service procurement activities from requisition through invoice payment. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, managing RFPs and RFQs, analyzing pricing, negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance, maintaining procurement records, managing supplier relationships, identifying cost savings, resolving process issues, and tracking metrics. The role requires expertise in supply chain services procurement and technical knowledge of propellant commodities, pressure vessels, and cryogenic systems components.

Leads the structural design and integration of aerospace vehicle components and assemblies from concept through production. Responsibilities include defining load paths and interfaces, creating 3D models and drawings, conducting trade studies and strength assessments, applying manufacturable design approaches, and collaborating with materials, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role supports structural, thermal, and manufacturing requirements for Blue Origin’s lunar lander products.
